The short version: we keep an email address so you can sign in, Stripe handles your card so we never see it, and we store the settings and images that make up your scoreboard. No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling data to anyone. Deleting your account from the Settings page removes all of it, immediately.
CDO Scoreboard, operated from Alberta, Canada, provides the live scoreboard service at this site. For anything in this policy, contact naterobinson2304@gmail.com.
We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or anything about the people who watch your stream. Live match data shown on your board comes from public sports data sources and contains no personal information about you.
That is the whole list. We use no analytics service, no advertising network, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser keeps a sign-in session token (so you stay signed in) and small preferences like whether the preview panel is open. Clearing your browser storage signs you out and forgets those preferences, nothing more.
Settings → Delete account. It cancels any subscription immediately and permanently removes your sign-in, your board, your links and your uploaded emblems. There is no grace copy and no undo. You can also email us and we will do the same on your behalf.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, and we will act on it. Canadian law (PIPEDA) applies to us; if you are in the UK or EU, the equivalent GDPR rights are honoured the same way. Email naterobinson2304@gmail.com and you will get a reply from a person.
The service is not directed at children under 13, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live to hold a paid account.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that meaningfully affects your data will be flagged before it applies.
